Information you choose to send

Our proposal form collects your name, email, project details and any optional contact information or attachment you provide. We use this information to review your inquiry, ask follow-up questions and prepare next steps for your project.

How inquiries are handled

Inquiries pass through our website hosting and email delivery systems to a private inbox. People reviewing the inquiry and our post-frame building crew may receive details needed to assess the project. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising lists.

Attachments are sent with your inquiry. Temporary server copies are removed after processing. The inquiry and attachment may remain in the receiving mailbox while the project is reviewed and in relevant project records afterward. Do not send identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive records through this form.

Technical information

The hosting service processes routine request information, including network addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. The form uses a short-lived request limit to reduce abuse. The site does not use advertising cookies or add third-party analytics scripts.

Your choices

Most project fields and the attachment are optional. To request correction or deletion of inquiry information, reply to our email response or send a request through the proposal form. We may retain information needed for an ongoing project, recordkeeping or legal obligations.
